Move over Eggos, there’s a new favorite in Millie Bobby Brown’s world! While promoting her new film “Damsel” on Netflix, the actress shared her top essentials with GQ, and it turns out, health is a top priority for Eleven.

Brown starts with a surprising (and very crunchy) favorite snack: carrots. “I love carrots,” she exclaims. “Don’t even need them with a good dipping sauce, I’ll just eat straight up carrots.”
But for a gut-healthy beverage choice, Brown goes bubbly. Her drink of choice is kombucha, a fermented beverage packed with probiotics. “Your girl’s gotten down with the flu quite a few times,” Brown says, explaining her love for the drink’s immune-boosting properties, “so this is really good for your gut.”
Brown is a fan of Health-Ade kombucha, specifically the Pink Lady and Berry Lemonade flavors. When cold and flu season hits, she switches to the Ginger-Lemon variety for an extra immune system kick.
“All of these are in my house, I drink one every single day,” she says. Kombucha is a hydrating drink with similar health benefits to tea, making it a great choice for Brown’s digestive health. It’s worth noting that some store-bought kombucha can be high in sugar, so if you’re looking for a lower-sugar option, Brown suggests making your own at home.
